Yes! This site is built by real accountants who have been in the industry for over 20 years. While we do have a developer on staff they can parse only javascript code. The real work is done dedcoding these 1099s. 🤓

What is a 1099-NEC?
A 1099-NEC is a tax form used to report non employee compensation to independent contractors or freelancers. It is used to report income to the IRS. Nobody likes getting or giving a 1099-NEC, but it is a necessary evil. 😅
